OUR PROJECTS
We currently own and operate five wind power projects, totaling of 117 MW, consisting of over 900 wind turbines, including 95 MW located in the Altamont Pass, near San Francisco, California, and 22 MW located in Elmore County, near Boise, Idaho, as listed in the first five projects below. In addition, we are pursuing new wind and solar power projects across the nation, with over 1,500 MW under development in 12 states, which are in various stages of development, as listed below; however, not all projects are listed. 1 50 MW WPP 87 Wind Farm, California
The 50 MW Windpower Partners 87 (WPP 87) wind farm is located near Livermore, California, which operates under a long-term power purchase agreement with Pacific Gas & Electric Company. We own a portion of this project, along with our partners. We also provide the operation and maintenance services for this project.

The 30 MW Windpower Partners 88 (WPP 88) wind farm is located near Livermore, California, which operates under a long-term power purchase agreement with Pacific Gas & Electric Company. We own and operate this project.

3 5 MW WEG Wind Farm, California
The 5 MW WEG wind farm is located near Livermore, California, which operates under a long-term power purchase agreement with Pacific Gas & Electric Company. We own and operate this project.

4 10 MW Altamont Wind Farm, California
The 10 MW Altamont wind farm is located near Livermore, California, which operates under a long-term power purchase agreement with Pacific Gas & Electric Company. We own and operate this project.

5 22 MW Sawtooth Wind Farm, Idaho
The 22 MW Sawtooth wind farm is located on a sugar beet farm, about 60 miles east of Boise, in Elmore County, Idaho. This project operates under a 20-year power purchase contract with the Idaho Power Company.

6 99 MW Radiance Wind Farm, North Dakota
The proposed 99 MW Radiance wind farm would be located on farm and pasture land in Burleigh County, about 22 miles northeast of Bismarck, near Baldwin, North Dakota.

9 90 MW Bluebonnet Wind Farm, Texas
The proposed 90 MW Bluebonnet wind farm will be located on farm and pasture land in Lamb County, Texas. This project is ready to construct.
